Excellent service from start to finish. Matt contacted me within minutes of me putting the job on checkatrade. Communication was quick and clear throughout and made the entire process easy for me. Matt was flexible with dates and times which allowed me to find a suitable day to have the work carried out, he provided an itemised quote before carrying out any work and gave me good advice about product choice. He gave me a courtesy call on the day to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, professional and completed the job to a great standard. Highly recommended

Matt replied to my query on the same day, was reliable, left no mess, polite and very efficient. Did not try to rip me off and work was to a very high standard. He is very knowledgeable and as a previous person said, I want to keep him my secret, I do too- but only right to share the fantastic work he did.
